CrossFit 630 provides an individualized approach to workout design and goal achievement through our Custom Personal Training sessions. Clients can expect a training program tailored to their current fitness abilities and an accelerated progress timeline towards their lifestyle, health, and fitness goals. This is done at the gym or from the convenience of your home space.

  1. Schedule a Free Introductory Session to meet one-on-one (In person or virtually) with a coach to go over your fitness goals and interest. We then assess your current fitness level also establish your best plan for success.

  2. Next, you will meet with your Primary Coach to uncover the right movements and training workouts that fit your goals.

  3. Your coach will create a customized training program designed to get you the results you want… fast.

  4. Lastly, you will set up a training schedule with your coach that's convenient and fitted for your life and training program.

This initial session (done in person or virtually) will allow you to speak with one of our training staff members, who will be there to answer your questions, give you a tour of the facility and talk about your fitness and training goals.
