CrossFit 630 provides an individualized approach to workout design and goal achievement through our Custom Personal Training sessions. Clients can expect a training program tailored to their current fitness abilities and an accelerated progress timeline towards their lifestyle, health, and fitness goals. This is done at the gym or from the convenience of your home space via remote coaching.

You'll work closely with one of our professional trainers to set you up for success.

You'll discuss your goals in depth and do regular revisits to keep on track.

You'll design the perfect training schedule to fit both of your schedules.

We offer different levels of personal training depending on your needs and budget.
